Orders will typically ship out within 4-6 business days from when the order was placed. You will receive a notification via email once your order has been shipped.

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed.
Estimated Shipping Times
Purchases are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the order. Shipping times are dependent on the USPS and UPS operating at full-capacity. Please keep in mind that USPS, UPS and other shipping companies are still experiencing COVID-19 related impacts.
North America: 3-10 Days
International: 7-21 Days

Customs and Import Taxes

Returns & Exchanges
We gladly except returns, exchanges or cancellations.
For returns and exchanges, please contact us within 3 days after delivery and ship back within 7 days after delivery. For cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours after your purchase is made. Order cancellation is not possible once the item has been shipped.
Conditions of Returns & Exchanges
The buyer is responsible for the return/exchange shipping cost. If the item or items are not returned in their original conditions, they buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
